TCE gives qualified roofing companies protected access to homeowner demand inside a defined San Gabriel Valley territory. One contractor. No competing roofers. No shared leads.
You are not buying a list of leads.
You are securing the right to receive every homeowner opportunity generated from your assigned territory — without those same opportunities being routed to a competing contractor.
Applications are reviewed manually. Not all contractors are approved. We'll review your area and schedule a 15-minute call to confirm fit.
TCE is not open enrollment. Every contractor considered for a territory first operates inside SGV Roofs — our free homeowner lead network. We watch how they perform with real opportunities before any invitation is extended.
SGV Roofs is live at sgvroofs.com. Joining is free. There is no cost to build your track record.
Contractors who consistently perform well may receive an invitation to apply for an available TCE territory. TCE is reserved for companies that have shown they can protect the homeowner experience once exclusive demand is directed their way.
A TCE territory is a defined city, selected ZIP codes, or a group of nearby cities sized around homeowner demand and your company's operating capacity.
TCE is for roofing companies that can handle the responsibility that comes with protected demand. This is not for contractors who want to casually test a few leads.
If you are not there yet, SGV Roofs is the right starting point. Join free, build your track record, and get invited.
Adjust the numbers below to match your current operation and see what a protected territory could mean for your monthly revenue.
This is an illustrative calculator, not a revenue guarantee. Actual results depend on homeowner demand, response speed, sales process, crew capacity, and how well you serve each homeowner.
TCE is not charging for access to a spreadsheet of leads. Every month we are responsible for building and maintaining the demand that feeds your territory: local market positioning, homeowner acquisition, traffic and conversion systems, tracking, intake flow, territory oversight, and the infrastructure that routes opportunities to the right contractor.
That is why TCE operates as an exclusive territory partnership rather than a simple lead generation or referral-fee model.
The exclusive territory fee is determined by city size, monthly homeowner demand volume, number of cities included, and the level of exclusivity provided — reviewed together before any commitment is made.
We monitor response speed, missed calls, contact attempts, appointment activity, homeowner feedback, job outcomes, and whether the contractor has the capacity to properly service the territory.
If performance falls below the agreed standard, we begin with a review and a corrective plan. If the issue is not resolved, TCE may reduce, pause, or reassign territory access.
Contractors are not expected to keep paying for a territory that is no longer being supported. TCE is not expected to keep a territory locked when homeowners are not being served. The exact review process, performance standards, and exit terms are defined in the territory agreement before activation.
The roofing companies that win long term build local trust, respond faster, protect the homeowner relationship, and become the company people in their market remember and refer. TCE is built for contractors who want that position — and are prepared to earn and keep it.
